Delivery & SLA

Two fulfilment modes

Products here are split by fulfilment mode, clearly labelled on the order page:

  • System-issued: after payment the credential is generated directly by the system and shown on the order page immediately — no waiting.
  • Manual: items that need account-status checks or the official gift channel enter a processing queue and finish within the SLA shown on the product page.

What "SLA" means

"Within 10 minutes" or "within 8 hours" on a product page are experience-based estimates for normal conditions, not guarantees. Peaks, platform risk-policy changes, and temporary upstream stock shifts all affect real timing.

Why we don't promise instant delivery

Promising instant delivery backfires: when the upstream jitters, support gets hammered with repeat questions and refunds actually rise. Managing expectations up front on the product page is cheaper than apologising after.

How to track progress

In-flight order pages auto-poll the upstream status; when the upstream pushes a callback, status updates instantly. The two back each other up.
